Content & behaviour standards
- Do not submit unlawful content or use the service to facilitate illegal activity.
- Do not impersonate another person/company, falsely claim ownership or create deceptive business/job/software listings.
- Do not upload malware, malicious scripts, phishing pages, credential theft, unauthorised trackers or code designed to interfere with the service.
- Do not submit content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or database rights.
- Do not manipulate rankings, reviews, clicks, leads or advertising metrics through bots, fake accounts or coordinated fraud.
- Do not harvest personal data, emails or phone numbers at scale for spam or unsolicited profiling.
- Do not bypass access controls, rate limits, authentication, anti-bot systems or technical restrictions.
- Do not submit discriminatory or fraudulent employment listings.
- Do not make unsupported “verified”, licensing, security, certification, price, rating or performance claims.
- Do not use business-owner fields to inject JavaScript or third-party tracking code. Arbitrary ad scripts are restricted to authorised administrators.
Enforcement
The operator may investigate and remove content, restrict accounts, preserve evidence or contact authorities where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or enforce these standards.
