Source and licence

Software-Directory may display jobs submitted directly by employers or imported from feeds/APIs/partners that authorise the relevant ingestion and display. The platform retains source identifiers, retrieval timestamps and any relevant licence/contract metadata. We do not rely on unauthorised scraping as the core jobs-data model.

Accuracy and expiry

Job listings can change quickly. The platform records first-seen, published, last-seen and expiry/closed status. Expired jobs are removed from active search and, where appropriate, noindexed or archived. Users should verify role availability on the employer/source page before relying on a listing.

Applications

Unless a Software-Directory application form is explicitly provided, the website does not receive or process the job application; the Apply action redirects to the employer or source website. If direct applications are introduced later, a separate applicant privacy notice and retention workflow is implemented before launch.

No employment-agency guarantee

Software-Directory provides discovery and referral functionality and does not guarantee interviews, employment, salary, working conditions, visa eligibility or employer conduct. The employer remains responsible for the role and recruitment process.

Prohibited jobs

The platform may reject or remove listings that are unlawful, discriminatory, fraudulent, misleading, unsafe, unrelated to genuine employment, or that require unlawful payments or prohibited activity. Employers must comply with applicable employment and anti-discrimination law.
