Copyright, Trademark & Notice-and-Action Policy
Electronic reporting mechanism for allegedly illegal, infringing or policy-violating content.
How to report content
Send reports to info@software-directory.com or use the form below. To enable efficient review, include: (1) your name and email; (2) the exact URL(s) or listing/job/content identifier; (3) a clear explanation of why the content is illegal or infringes rights; (4) evidence of the relevant right or authority where applicable; and (5) a good-faith statement that the information supplied is accurate.
Processing
Software-Directory reviews sufficiently precise notices in a timely, diligent and objective manner. The operator may request further information, restrict or remove content, preserve evidence, or reject unsupported notices. Where applicable law requires it, the notifier and affected user/business receive confirmation, a decision and information about available redress.
Copyright / trademark complaints
For copyright or trademark complaints, identify the protected work/mark, the allegedly infringing material and the basis of your rights. Submitting a knowingly false complaint may create liability. The platform may restore content where a complaint is withdrawn or shown to be unfounded, subject to applicable law.
Repeat or serious abuse
Accounts or businesses that repeatedly submit clearly infringing, illegal or fraudulent content may be suspended or terminated. The operator may also act immediately against malware, phishing, credential theft or other high-risk content.
