Paid Services & Advertiser Terms (B2B)
Commercial terms for paid company profiles, featured listings, ads, job promotion and sponsorships sold to businesses.
B2B scope
These commercial products are drafted for verified business/professional customers unless the operator intentionally chooses consumer sales. Consumer contracts can trigger additional pre-contract information, withdrawal and mandatory-rights rules.
Orders and activation
An order is accepted when the operator confirms it or activates the purchased service. The customer must provide accurate billing and campaign information. Software-Directory may require ownership/identity verification before activating a claimed profile or campaign.
Fees, taxes and payment
Prices state whether taxes are included or excluded. Fees are payable using the displayed payment method. Failed or reversed payments may result in suspension. The customer authorises the payment processor to handle payment credentials under its own terms and privacy notice.
Subscriptions and renewal
If a plan renews automatically, the order page clearly states the billing interval, price, renewal mechanics and how to cancel before purchase. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not necessarily refund the current paid period unless the order terms or mandatory law provide otherwise.
Advertising inventory
Campaign dates, slots, targeting, creative format and price are defined in the order. Unless explicitly sold on a guaranteed-delivery basis, impressions, clicks, leads, conversions and ranking outcomes are not guaranteed. The operator may substitute equivalent inventory only where the order terms permit it.
Customer content and compliance
The customer warrants that its name, logo, claims, creatives, links and submitted materials are accurate, lawful and properly licensed. The operator may reject or suspend content reasonably believed to be illegal, malicious, deceptive, infringing, unsafe or technically harmful.
Refunds and service credits
Refunds or service credits may be provided for duplicate charges, material service failure or rejected creatives, in accordance with the applicable order terms and mandatory law. Refund handling does not override rights that mandatory law or the payment scheme require.
Performance and ranking
Paid services do not guarantee leads, sales, employment applications, search-engine rankings, LLM citations, organic placement or revenue. Sponsored visibility remains labelled and separate from organic/editorial ranking.
Term and termination
Either party may terminate as provided in the order or these terms. The operator may suspend immediately for non-payment, fraud, malware, illegal content, material policy breaches or credible security risk. Accrued payment and record-keeping obligations survive as applicable.
Liability and governing law
The paid-service contract includes a commercially appropriate limitation of liability, exclusions, indemnity and force-majeure provisions, and is governed by the law applicable to the operator’s establishment within an EU framework and a Spain implementation baseline where relevant. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
